OUR STORY
The Potted Flours is currently just a blog working towards becoming a gluten-free bakery. We love to custom-blend flours for our cookies, cakes, muffins, pies, and other sweets that are naturally and deliciously gluten-free. Our product is safe for those with gluten intolerance, wheat allergies, and/or Celiac disease—and just as enjoyable for those without!
Why specialize in gluten-free baking? My best friend has a wheat allergy. They inspired me to create homemade gluten-free pastries we could both enjoy, with textures and flavors that are just as satisfying as traditional desserts. Ever since it’s been my goal to build a gluten-free bakery that creates pastries for anyone to crave.
